2025 Vancouver Island Stewardship Summit
Join us in Nanaimo | October 2-3, 2025
The 2025 Stewardship Summit will bring First Nations, tourism business owners, staff members, community leaders, and residents together for a 1.5 day event in Nanaimo, BC. Back by popular demand, this is the first region-wide tourism conference held since 2022.
Event Program
The 2025 program will focus on the efforts of stewardship through destination management and collaboration. Speakers will provide tangible, inspiring presentations for attendees. The full day event will also include a State of the Region presentation from 4TVI (Tourism Vancouver Island).
October 2 - Evening Kickoff, hosted by Tourism Nanaimo, Community Partner. Location: Nanaimo Museum.
October 3 - Stewardship Summit Day, presented in partnership with Destination BC. Location: Coast Bastion Hotel.
