Stephanie Wachnuk is a versatile professional who bridges the gap between organizational strategy and tactical execution. As the Operations and Project Services Specialist for 4VI and 4EVER, she manages the complex infrastructure and technical systems - including Asana, Wagepoint, and Float - that power the organization’s dual-entity mission. Stephanie transitioned into this role following her time as Marketing Project Coordinator, where she led cross-regional marketing initiatives and digital asset management for diverse Vancouver Island communities.
Her deep-rooted understanding of the organization began in her initial role as Finance and Office Administrator. This foundational experience in internal operations, combined with her bilingual skills and expertise in event planning, allows her to navigate high-level business functions like board governance, cash flow planning, and office logistics with precision.
Stephanie holds a Tourism & Travel diploma from Algonquin College, complemented by studies in sustainable tourism and the University of Alberta’s Qualified Administrative Assistant program. Her additional certifications in photography, forest therapy, and social media marketing reflect a commitment to continuous learning and a holistic approach to regional stewardship.
Originally from Northern Ontario, Stephanie’s career is driven by a desire to foster tourism that respects both the environment and community. Now based in Nanaimo, she balances her professional focus on organizational efficiency with a personal passion for nature photography and island adventures with her family, ensuring Vancouver Island remains a thriving destination for generations to come.
